Vermont Village Cannery's organic applesauce is made from Macintosh and Red Delicious apples, cooked in small batch kettles without any added water. It is 100 percent pure apples and fruit, resulting in more flavor and better color. Whole fruits are used and for extra Vitamin C, white grape juice is added. Each 24-ouce jar of apple sauce contains nine apples. Vermont Village products contain no dyes or added water, are pesticide-free and meet USDA organic specifications.
