Indications: Arnica Ointment is a homeopathic medicine for the temporary relief of minor bruises and sprains. Well known for its healing properties, arnica can considerably hasten recovery from contusions, including black and blue marks, muscle pain and soreness of the back.

Directions: Massage well into affected area 3-4 times daily.

Active Ingredients: Arnica Montana MT 8.2gm.
