Baking Directions for Spice Cake

1 Prep: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray or grease pans (or paper liners for cupcakes).

2 Mix: Combine 3 eggs, 3/4 cup water, and 2/3 cup oil. Add to cake mix and blend.

3 Bake: bake for approx. 26-33 minutes in two 9" round pans; about 30-36 minutes in a 9" x 13" pan; or about 18-23 minutes for approx. 24 cupcakes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

For Carrot Cake: Add 1 cup shredded carrot, a handful of nuts, currants, or raisins after blended. Delicious!

Ingredients: evaporated cane juice, sweet brown rice flour, brown sugar, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, rice milk powder, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
