For Great Coffee: Packaged Fresh from the roaster, our coffee is protected by a one-way freshness valve to ensure remarkable flavor. Grind just enough for each brewing. For automatic drip, a medium grind is best; for French press, grind coarse; espresso should be ground fine. Brew with clean, cold water. For auto-drip, start with 1 heaping tbsp. per 6 oz. of water and adjust to your taste. Store in an airtight container away from heat and direct sun.
