Garden Bio-Film is the first 100% biodegradable and compostable plastic mulching film. It is designed to protect your plantings from weeds and stimulate warmth for uniform growth, then return itself naturally to the earth. It also serves as a plant protecot during frost and wind warnings. Regular Polyethelene based plastic can take over 100 years to biodegrade and can never be composted. It has to be cleaned, stored or destroyed after use. Garden bio-Film is both gentle on the environment and shelf stable. Its qualities for decomposition are activated by usage.

Directions for Use:

1. Prepare your soil. Avoid using herbicides to control weed growth.
2. Lay the film and cut slits to space the plantings. Extra slits may be required to allow access for watering.
3. The film will begin to decompose between 50 and 60 days, depending on soil compostion.
4. Within 90 days the film will be 95% returned to the earth

Certified by the US Composting Council
This film and the color pigmentation used are certified by the Norwegian Government for use in Organic Farming.

Great for vegetables and flowers too.

At any time, the film can be tilled into the soil, adding its nutrients in the process. Decompostion will vary slightly based on the amount of mulch or dirt covering the film.
