Our warehouse in Brandon, Vermont, is open to the public Monday through Friday. . .  From 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. excluding holidays as noted below.

Everything we display on our web site is available to take with you. Even items that have not yet been updated to the site and specials on close-outs!

All of the sale prices and volume discounts are yours, even when you choose to shop for your order at our warehouse.

And, while we must charge 6% Vermont sales tax on all orders, there is never a shipping charge or other fee for buying direct from our warehouse.

We're easy to find

Brandon is about one half hour's drive north of Rutland, and about one and one half hours south of Burlington, right on US Route 7.

Kokopelli's Green Market warehouse is hiding in a 250 year old barn at 20 Farr Way (right off US Route 7) on the northern end of Brandon.

Driving North on US 7

Once you've entered Brandon, you'll drive through the village to the northern end. US 7 will change names 4 times as you go through downtown. Stay on 7 through the village center. You will pass Brandon Lumber on your right; about 50 yards farther up the road is a small (unpaved) side street marked Farr Way. Turn right and follow to the first barn on the left and you're here!

Driving South on US 7

Just as you enter Brandon from the north, you will pass a Shell station and McDonalds on your right; about 100 yards farther up the road is a small (unpaved) side street marked Farr Way. Turn left and follow to the first barn on the left and you're here!

And we do urge you to call; Grove Street in Brandon is not known to some of the mapping software commonly used. . . And Farr Way is shown in the wrong place!
