How to Order

There are currently five ways by which you may order from us:

• use our secure shopping cart;

• use the manual order form on our secured server;

• print the order form, complete it, and mail it with your payment to us at Kokopelli's Green Market, P.O. Box 353, Brandon, VT 05733;

• print and complete the order form, including your credit card information and signature, and fax it to us at (802) 247-4114;

• call us at (800) 210-0202 and place your order over the phone.

All on-line ordering, whether it's our shopping cart or our manual order form, is secured using SSL technology with 128-bit encryption to protect the personal information you supply. Should you still wish to not include it, you may call us to provide your credit card information; simply select the I will call you option from the credit card choices when checking out.

Shipping Charges

Orders are normally shipped by UPS Ground and the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges for orders shipped within the continental United States are calculated on the basis of the total weight of the order and the rate zone to which it is shipped.

Zone 1 shipping is charged at $4.95 plus $.40 per lb.
It includes the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Zone 2 shipping is charged at $4.95 plus $.40 per lb.
It includes the states of Delaware, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia

Zone 3 shipping is charged at $4.95 plus $.50 per lb.
It includes the states of Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Zone 4 shipping is charged at $4.95 plus $.60 per lb.
It includes the states of Arkansas, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Zone 5 shipping is charged at $4.95 plus $.80 per lb.
It includes the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Express and priority shipping are available; please let us know your time requirements and we will provide an estimate for shipping via an expedited service.

International orders and orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories will be charged actual shipping charges. Our shipping department will prepare your order for transit and we will provide you with shipping options and prices. Your order will be sent via the method you select.

International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by their country.

Expedited Shipping

Rush shipping is available via Express Mail, UPS Air, or Federal Express for an additional charge. Please note the time requirement on your order and we will contact you with the specifics.

Packaging

We use Renature or Eco-Flow loose fill ("peanuts"); made from vegetable starch, they are biodegradable and readily dissolve with water. To reduce waste, we re-use packaging provided by manufacturers whenever possible.

Volume Discounts

You save by taking advantage of our discounted prices at Kokopelli's Green Market; you can save even more by buying in volume. We will give you a discount of 5% when you order 6 or more of a given item; 10% when you buy 12 or more. These discounts apply only to the item purchased in quantity; they do not apply to sale items or to items that are indicated as available for case lot purchase.

Coupons

We do accept manufacturers' coupons, but they must be presented at the time the order is placed. For this reason, coupons cannot be used for orders submitted over the Internet. To order with a coupon, print the order form, complete it, and mail it with your coupon(s) and payment to us at Kokopelli's Green Market, P.O. Box 353, Brandon, VT 05733.

Sales Tax for Vermont Residents

We are a Vermont based business State sales tax of 6% will be added to purchases shipped to destinations within the state of Vermont. Tax is computed on sales of goods excluding clothing and teas.
